Haiz...
I still haven't found my homework diary, so I'm doing this based on impromptu nonsense...
So, today's announcements,
- Students under Mr Ling who have yet to submit your MATHS TUTORIAL 2, please do so by tomorrow.
- General Paper group leaders are to do a short mini presentation on your desired question. (Points only)
- TOMORROW IS DUFFY and you must have gotten the message that you are to annotate the first 5 poems in the book
- As for FRIDAY'S LESSON, you are to pick out the quotes for SCENE 1. This two messages should have been relayed earlier today.
- Project Work Draft 1 is due this Thursday! I suggest you see my mom for consultation before you submit the draft and it gets thrashed by her. She can be temperamental after a bad "night". ps. Hi dad! & my two daughters!
- For the malay students, you are to TRY to answer the questions from ACJC school.
- E-careers are to be submitted tomorrow!
Okay, announcements aside, all the way to the other end of the world,
About the relay system, it will be in effect from next week onwards. For students who are not sure of who or what number, please clarify them by this Friday. There will be a drill this Sunday, so get yourself ready.
Another thing, 09a04, we are getting more restless as lessons go by and this annoys teachers sometimes (primarily Mdm Lai and Ms Zaleena). Can we try our best to avoid this attitude and yes, I WILL TRY TO ENSURE THAT I FOLLOW SUIT so i can be a "role" model for the rest of you.
Another thing, I realised that General Paper stresses a group of students, including me, in terms of its demands and expectations from the teacher. I am here to tell you all (off) that we have to persevere and face the challenges that we meet. Ms Zaleena is here to ease the burden of stress when we arrive to J2 next year. So, pioneers, stay with the course.
Don't hesitate to go for counselling if needs be. I might so, that might ease the feelings of some people. I need to express my feelings again. Haha!
Oh ya, for those students who are upset about not receiving chocolates, SERVES YOU RIGHT!! Haha, just kidding! These students who got them is because they participated in the relay! This is not an I-like-you-thing, but as mere thanks and appreciation (seriously, for the majority) who have made it a success. People like Rifhan, Melanie, Hidayah and Beatrice, good job for relaying effieciently, even though the messages are of no importance like the Earth Hour message. Thanks, the rest of you will be given a chance to relay and feel the pressure. And in the end, a reward!
Those students who wanna change their positions or wanna take up the job, approach me again before Friday so I can come to a compromise with affected people.

The End Of All Times
I recently found out that I lost my homework booklet where I put down all my objectives that are to be put up on the blog. A part of me is gone! :(Today's announcements- Literature booklets are to be submitted tomorrow by 8am at her pigeon hole. Those who fail to do so will be announced by Mdm Lai and these students are getting '0' or ungraded for that particular task; ALL SIX POEMS, MYTH and ONE FLESH will be a waste...
- There has been a slight change in the forum. Forum for General Paper is on MONDAYS only. So, for the next two students AMALINA and DONOVAN, prepare 2 different articles to present to the class!
- Maths tutorial 2 is due today. Don't bother to submit if you are to submit it any later. He has given us zero!
- E-careers worksheet are to be given to me by Wednesday.
Now, we move on to the relay system. Class, the relay system will be changed with effect from next week. The announcement will be made after General Paper tomorrow. STAY BACK for a quick announcement as another teacher are going to use the class.
09a04, I would like so stress the importance of visiting the class blog as these announcements will be posted almost regularly. If you didn't get the relay message that were to be sent today, please inform me so I can report it to the authorities. Just because you have gotten the 'reward' doesn't mean that you can slack off from your duty.
Okay, 09a04, tomorrow will be the verdict day where all those irresponsible few will be revealed. I'm awaiting the RESPONSIVENESS! (Elastic, Inelastic? )

Verlorene Jugend!
I am aware during the weekend all of you are Verlorene Jugends (Lost Youth).
This announcement is specifically targeted to illustrate the formal positions that Ms Zaleena has set for us to do from next week onwards.
The list that is going to be stated later are your arrangements for subsequent General Paper lessons.
Since Ms Zaleena wants to have a couple grouping (1 guy to 1 girl), the guys have to do it for at least three times. We can do it guys, don't worry about the stress!

Feel The Pulse
Attention 09a04 (I have received comments that Dear Pioneers is actually an idiotic start, so FINE!!! *stares and dies...*), here are the announcements for this weekend.
We all know that the timetable has changed right so ya... (Sorry, nothing much to say. So freaking tired...)
- English Literature groups are reminded to use the "Mindmanager" at pjc.commontown.net to answer the poems; "Girl Talking", "Lizzie, Six" (My favourite) and "Education For Leisure".
- Also, Mdm Lai reminded us to read the next two poems and understand them.
- Project Work draft draft 1 is due on Monday; either on Conservation and Emergency (Duh!) My mom wants to emphasise the importance of this draft so as to be evaluated individually.
- I still found out that there are people who haven't submitted the Unseen booklet. Please submit it by Monday as it is a GRADED PIECE!!!
- About graded pieces, the 5 students (Excluding Amalina) under Mr Ling are reminded to submit the Maths Tutorial 2 by Monday. Any later submissions will be considered a jeero!
- Malay students under Cikgu Siti are reminded to do the Bina Ayat worksheet by next tutorial lesson!
- Students are reminded to submit your e-careers database form to me by Next Wednesday!!!
- Again, students who are interested to join the Mural Design Team are reminded to submit a rough sketch or drawing based on the lyrics "and for nation too" by next Monday. I need to collaborate with 08a04 soon

The Other Agenda- It's been a term since the implementation of the Relay System. Over the weeks of relay, my team and I (actually there's only me) have been evaluating the relayers and their progress. And sadly to say, we have to make a swap so as to give other students a chance. I am aware that 15 cents due to relay can be a burden so I'm now opening it up to the floor to step up and take the lead. For the current relayers, you have done the class proud...at certain occasions for some individuals and will be rewarded for your efforts.
Also for the current relayers who want to continue relaying, inform me immediately.
- This is a reminder, yet again, that WEDNESDAY'S LESSON IS BEINF REPLACED BY FRIDAY LESSON!!! So that means Maths, Recess, Literature, General Paper and Art (for some people). And another reminder that the Wednesday's lesson will be Duffy, not Shrew.
The Shrew's lesson will be on friday with Ms Zaleena. 2 1/2 hours of lesson with her. Prepare yourself!

The New Frontier
Dear Pioneers, the class blog is set up for the main purpose of posting announcements and other important things that takes up a long period of time.
EMERGENCIES will be relayed and in view of Term 1's relay system, it will be altered to better facilitate the relay. Relayers, you are to be ever vigilant as emergency messages
of sorts might arrive from time to time and it is BURDENED on you to get those messages across. Wow, so much to handle.
Anyways, for today's announcements
- All English Literature students are to bring $20 for your Wide Sargasso Sea book tomorrow
- For those persistent people who have yet to submit your Unseen booklet, please (I'm not begging) submit by tomorrow morning as well.
- Thirdly, tomorrow's PW venue will maybe at Computer Lab 2, beside Computer Lab 3. My mom says you can bring your laptops tomorrow.
- People who are interested to be in the MURAL DESIGN TEAM, please (This time I'm begging!) submit the designs for the lyrics 'and for nation too" by next Monday. Apparently, the relay failed! ~Wha?!~
- All History students, you are reminded to do your history homework on Cold War (The Summary Bit) and also the history essay (Which was during lecture just now) by the next lesson.
- General Paper group research on the individual aspects of family by next lesson.
- Forum discussion - Amalina and Benjamin are up for the forum on Monday. Please prepared!
